I just had my tech go up to these phones and I dont know how but this is working. They were able to place a call on hold and go to another phone, see the arrow flashing and pick it up. Im going to leave it alone..these phones are possessed ;)

This is my first post I usually find anything I need by reading! I wanted to know if there is a way to add more than 9 menu options on an auto attn in the meridian mail. Right after my 9th Calling number it goes to initial No Response. Is there a way to add more than 9 options?
