Well the absolute worst nightmare in the IP Office world has become a reality. My 9.0.4 system has been bootlegged. I was looking over my SIP accounts and found that one of my customers had placed 335 outbound calls over a 12 hour period. The only red flag was that the time period that this...
Hello all; I have a 9.0.4 IP Office running 8 sip licences, I have 5 in one group; I don't know if this has any bearing on my issues, but I'm running in Basic Mode. All calls are sent to AA, AA answers and starts its speal, then stop watch 27 seconds later, disconnects call, everytime. Outbound...
Hi. Yes I have had 0 problems when I was using the dedicated 8 port analog card on 7.0. We pointed that incoming fax line to the analog port on the 8 port analog card, ext. 108 I believe. Zero complaints from customer, installed approx. 1 year ago.
Thanks Hawks; I'm scheduled to be on site, Tuesday the 9th, and I'm excited to give your suggestion a shot; if it works, I'll be so indebted to U, I'll have to buy you a Polish pop or two, again thanks, Jim.
Thanks allworxguy' I believe what you are referring to is the supervised or unsupervised line settings, and yes all lines have been selected to supervised setting.
I have installed a cisco spa8000 which is a 8 port SIP ATA device on a MICS 4.1 along with a call pilot 150 3.1. Every thing seems to work fine until you get a call transfered from call pilot to extension, the cust. leaves a message, and when done, hangs up. Employee retrieves message, and at...
WE INSTALLED A CALL PIOLT 150 3.1 SOFTWARE, AND NO MATTER WHAT DIDGIT WE ENTER, IT GOES STRAIGHT TO 333 THE ATTD. WE HAVE THE CCR TREE 1 ENABLED, AND PATH 0 = EXT. 333, SO AS YOU AS YOU ENTER THE FIRST DIDGIT, NO MATTER WHAT IT IS , IT HAS ALREADY IN PROGRESS TO EXT. 333. WHAT THE H AM I MISSING...
Thx guys; both analog cordless sets and 1416's. SIP's. Also in the 500, there is a place where you can select max. number of calls' if I have 5 licences do I put 5 for max. # of calls? It must do something, or else they wouldn't have that selection.
We have a 500v2 release 7, and when the phone system starts to become maxed out on the number of calls its handling, then it's seems as though all new calls that come in, have one path of communication. Ie: customer calls in, employee answers call, store can hear customer fine, customer CANNOT...
I can only get 30 seconds of hold time using the flash to hold timer on a analog cordless phone. Customer would like to see indeafinate time for this function. Even 300 seconds or what ever would be helpful. I have depleted my knowledge base trying to locate this timer. As incredible as this...
I have a IPO 500 and 3 IPO 500 EXTN PHONE CARDS(8 Ports). I will be using the network provided on site(just cable internet), there is no firewall, I'm using Broadvox for my SIP provider and also I have my SIP license. Do I need any additional hardware/software to make this work? With that being...

Can someone tell us how we can configure the IP Offices to communicate with each other via voIP through the...
We have 2 IP Office 500 systems with the network software (on each), were in the beginning process of establishing the WAN communications between the two. There are high speed internet connections at both locations. All CO's are copper, the only reason for the network software is to establish 3...
