I know you can dial shortcode *34 to hear your on hold music. Got a customer who wants everyone to be able to listen to on hold music over their phones if they want... is *34 the only way to accomplish that or is there a better way that doesn't use up one of the appearances?

Exactly what kind of serial cable do you need to go through the dte port to default the system? I thought it might have been a proprietary avaya cable that I have for avaya media gateway but nope.
