    Post a list trace of the stations. look for full packet loss on the trace and check the UDP ports that are being used and make sure they are not blocked in the firewall.

    The LSP is in a dormant state. The gateway that it resides in will be registered to the primary 8300 and alarms from the circuit packs in that gateway will be handled by the primary 8300. For gateway alarms, set up your snmp community string and snmp traps.
