I am facing a issue in Nortel 61c release 4.0, CPU OS Restart many times in previous few days.and show
****OS RESTART****
reset reason from fpga = [0xff] error.
and call server make standby, other call server became active...
yes in my system two PS card.I disable one PS card,but result was remains same. So how can i solve this problem because after this NPR020 error system will hangup,so orderpro not further proceed to make .log file.
I am trying to get the Orderpro in 61C running R4.0. Tried Orderpro 8.1.5 and new 10.2.1 with same following results. When orderpro going in LD32, "stat per 9" it then goes to "stat per 10" and NPR020 message starts and does not stop. NPR020 says specified PS card out of range,cards 1 to 10...

I was insert this falc card in well known good slot then problem remains same. I replaced that slot with other falc card then problem was solved. All phones are working.

From previous 3 months a FALC card not connecting through any phone. When i saw card status then show BUSY status of 14 unit out of 16 and 2 unit show IDLE. I disable/enable it, reinsert it,disable/enable controller card but still show BUSY status. My system is meridian 1 61C version 4.5. Please...
