Is there a way to change the address bar while browsing local folders to show local drives like XP shows? It is irritating me that it always shows recent URL's.
Thanks.
When people call into the receptionist and she transfers the calls, they are showing up has her name and extension. This just started happening without any config changes, before transfered calls showed as "555-235-1242>Receptionist" or something similar. Any Ideas?
Receptionist is 1 example...
I am looking at getting a strobe + audio alert system. To get this to work in ip office I am assuming I just use a extra jack on a 406. Is there a way to let another port know the phone is ringing in the config? I was looking at relaypulse but I am not sure.
This is what the monitor shows when the VM should be answer:

No it never stops are the main site only on the remote sites now. On the licenses on the main site it shows: Valid for both Voicemail Pro (4 ports) unlimitd instances and never expire and Valid for additional Voicemail pro (ports) 4 instances with never expire. What licenses would I need to...
It does seem like a license issue now. I switched the remote 406s back to a line VM and after 2 hours dead air. This only happened after I made a shortcode for remote huntgroups. Any ideas?
It has been 4 hours since I restarted the 2 remote sites and the problem hasn't reoccured. I thought it may be a license issue as well but isn't that a 2 hour shutoff? I haven't tried a phone mananger at these locations.
On two remote sites after a few hours when the VM should pick up it is dead air. This problem just arised, on the call status (at main site) when the VM should pick up the it flashes the call 5-7 times simantaneously on the screen as status "idle".
Any ideas on why this would happen.
Thank you I will try this after close. So by these short codes, the huntgroup with the problems would be configured on the main site or the remote site? The PRI's are at the main location so I define all of the DID routes via the main config file. Will that still work, thanks
Can the auto attendant work across different configs on the same network? I can only get it to pick up immediately or not at all. You cannot define an extension on a different config in a huntgroup? Does this require a new voicemail pro license?
Gallow, I am having the problem with the CC machines connecting to the line for a few seconds and then the line drops, faxes work fine though. We are also in the US with all lines Dial3k1. Not sure what I am missing, specific short code etc.
Anyone know why Check Readers and Inspection machines would not work over analogue lines running through IPO? They are using dial3k1 and according to CallStatus they connect but they will not transmit information? An analogue phone works, fax works but not these devices, they work over POTS...
Someone posted the shortcode a few pages back... but I had to contact my provider to allow different ID's to be shown. They had to do it per PRI not by DID's so I had to enter the shortcode defining what number to show for each extension because it would show each extension number if you called...
It has improved light years since I started using it in 2003. Whoever said "every system has bugs", yeah that is true but no business can survive without telephones - even on the 2.* releases this system would do very strange things that seemed like engineering problems. You wouldn't have to...
It seems overnight or long periods of no phone activity 1 of my 406's quits working with the other 2 406's it is connected to. I have to bring up the manager program and login the the configuration and then instantly it begins working again. I'm not sure if it is the 406 or the network switch it...
