    4.1.12 IP500 dialing wrong numbers

    Had a similar issue...I found that the Secondary Dial Tone box was checked in my ATM Line entries AND in the ARS entry. The Line entry is only for Russian or foreign system and should not be checked. Once I unchecked it in each of my ATM lines, it worked fine every time. Hope that helps, Tim
