    I have recreated an SD card to 9.1.9.0.182 service pack 9 which is just released two weeks back. Can I turn on a brand new IPO 500V2 with this SD card or it is better to first turn on the new IPO with an SD card 9.1 GA and then upgrade it to new service pack.

    When IPO pops up on search via manager, along with name and IP addeess, it shows the version of SD card. When you run the upgrade wizard, version/release under licensed field is what your control unit is locked on. Getting this right?
