ISSUE: Unable to connect to a BCM 4.0 using the correct version of Element Manager

SYMPTOMS: When trying to access a BCM 4.0 via Element Manager you are not able to connect. You will receive
"unable to determine device type for IP x.x.x.x"

on the unified
manager-->maintanence-->Report a Problem wizard
Step1: press Next and Step2: Select all logs and press Finish. You will
able to generate the logs and save it to your PC and then upload them on to
the ftp link with the folder name as the case #.
This is what I have to do but...
I already see a machine who does this kind of thing. If I remember well, it was plug betwen the telco and the phone system. The problems is I have seen this machine only one time so I don't remember the name.
