Security Roles are not the issue. Have tried logging in under multiple accounts in Aloha Manager all have access to Reprint feature. When security setting is not enabled the option for Reprint doesn't show up at all.

-------SOLUTION--------- Ok, two weeks later, got response from NCR tech. The solution was in the "usermsgs.ini" file in DATA. The only thing in the file was 5282=G.S.T. Changed that to TAX, refreshed, and guest checks are back to normal. Thanks to everyone who got back to me. Nick
