Hi folks - I have reviewed the r10.0 Install manual, and it says IP400 Modules (v2) are supported. I would like to know what your experience has been reusing these modules on IP500v2.
My customer has several IP400 systems in an SCN at present. Sites range in size from 15 phones to 320 phones...
I just finished an upgrade to 9.1.9 from 9.1.6, and can confirm the results edlivian reported. Mergeable changes did not break it. Rebooted, made mergeable changes...no problem.
Also, the DSS setting under System/Telephony had no affect on the operation of the Park buttons in this release...
I's sorry to hear r10.0 exhibits the same behavior. I hope a 10.0 fix is also planned for the service pack stream, because none of my customers like having to press the button twice.
