    There's an option to use the sub menu level for price level and I think it's in the menu item class. If that isn't turned on you have to use the main price level. If you're still stuggling with it... let me know and i can probably dig around a little and get you the exact setting. Or...

    Have you checked the terminals to make sure that there isn't a backup there? I'm 99% sure Aloha copies the history to a backup terminal... I would look on the hard drive on each and see if you can find some history.
