tfg13, of course I'm going to do my dudes and get down and read the books, but you always want to knock out the simplest certs first if posible; that's why I asked. But after reading many posts and posting in other forums it looks like A+ is a must have cert and I'm going to go that route...
Thanks markdmac, I did have my daubts. I guess the only real constrains is that the SBS server wants to be the only boss in the network. It depends on what you will be using the second domain for I guess.

We also use trend micro to protect our SBS but the manager is not installed in the server, it is installed in its own antivirus server. The one we use is TrendMicro OfficeScan, and it works pretty good because you can purchage the exchange spam filtering option and virus scan with it.
I think you really can't have multiple domain controlers in a SBS forest.
