    Avaya IPO Call Forward question

    I have a customer that is setup to dial *9* to dial LD. A user wants to call forward her phone to an LD number, system won't let her forward to *9* + LD Number This one number she wants to fwd to is in 212 area code. How can I get around the *9* , which they want to keep that way?

    XMPP is and has been already set, it works. I think issue is due to server not having same name as the name I am using for the XMPP domain. On a server with matching XMPP domain name and sever name it's working fine. ds
