This is a Contact Recorder on an App Server 10.0. User is using IE on a Win7 machine to playback recordings, which is working fine. When trying to "Save As" in the playback plug-in, we navigate to a folder with "Everyone" having full rights. We get an error message in windows saying file cannot...
Peter, Level3 is sending us e.164 numbering format so it shows up as +1 10 digits. I'm having trouble getting anything in the ICR or URI fields to allow a match. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Dang, I did a fresh install of onex and VMPro on my UC Module, Wrote a new config for my IP Office from scratch and the problem is still there. Now I know I can't be the only one with this issue. I just must be the only person running onex and vmp 9.0.4 on a ucm in an early 500V2 (originally...
AT&T is rejecting calls from us to one of their toll free numbers. We are sending the billing number so I do not get an unrecognized number error. Our carrier, Telepacific says they can see AT&T rejecting the call and asked if I could change the type from National to Unknown. I have tried every...
Both are running on a UCM with 9.0 SP4. It started happening when I upgraded from 9.0 GA to 9.0 SP2 and continued through SP3 and SP4. It worked perfectly before the upgrades.
Thanks much for responding Bas1234. I wish it was that simple. We have tried that and this is on 5 different iphones, both verizon and ATT, so I'm leaning toward server side not client. I even tried the CFE version of the client just to see if they had some minor change in the build but it acts...
I have Onex running on a UCM, all software and firmware matched at 9.0 SP4. We use the voip mode and everything works perfectly both inside and outside the corp.network except one tiny issue that I can't seem to solve. When playing back voicemail from the mobile app, user clicks on the message...
Yes eurodisney, only international and tried calls to Sweden as well, It has never worked, I've escalated to third tier at Telepacific as they say they are not blocking anything.

My customer is unable to make international calls. The ARS appears correct, there are no user short codes. Here is a monitor trace of an attempt to dial out using 8 to access the ARS table.

Thanks Joe, but I've seen all these and have checked everything noted in every thread that has the words 2010 and exchange in it. Do you know of any way to monitor what the VMP server is doing? Like I wrote, the documentation for logging SMTP doesn't work as described. Like most IP Office...
My customer had their IT contractor upgrade their Exchange server from 2003 to 2010. Email delivery of Vmail stopped working. It worked before the upgrade. VMP is on a Server 2003 machine. They were running 4.2 and I could not find anything that documents support for 4.2 and exchange 2010. So I...
Ah! I understand what you're saying and it makes sense. The one I upgraded that "created" the virtual essential license upon upgrading was a V2 running 6.0. The other was a V1 running 4.2 and the license was obviously not "preferred", but rather VMPro 4 port. That upgrade did not generate the...
Not sure what you mean by invented it. I'm just telling my experience. I did nothing but install an upgrade license on a system with preferred and it worked. I didn't make it work, it just worked. I think you may have misinterpreted my posts. I apologize if I was unable to communicate it properly.
I have not seen an instance where it was required to buy the essential license. Like WallysWorld wrote, my upgrades have added the virtual essential edition license BY ITSELF when the system already had either the preferred edition licenses or the voicemail pro license, depending on release. I...
You can sell them the essentials if you want to, but as I stated in the post, I have not had a situation where it was needed. Every upgrade I have done where the customer has already paid for voicemail works fine with just the "Upgrade 6" license. I have not, however, done an upgrade from 8.0 to...
Exactly!! There is no reason to buy essentials when you have vmpro already. Funny thing is ATAC is telling us you need to buy essentials. Be careful of the information you get. This can cost the loss of a customer when you tell them they have to buy licenses they don't need!
