The number dialled for example is the IT helpdesk on 75555 but the number shown in the callers call history is the DN of the ring group member that answered the call.- broomy92

Maybe i wasnt clear. Its the user who is calling the ring group that displays the ring group member who answered their call in their call history. The call is answered by the ring group first and then distributed to members so it should be this number that is displayed in the call history and...- broomy92
