win8.1 to take on site it has no java installed on it
win10 for vpn or port forward access has one version installed and its x86
no other bcm is giving me this issue
and a reboot gets me access from both machines on the LAN port side
and onsite...

I'm trying to figure out an issue with a "deployed" bcm50. its been in service, i'm guessing 8 years
it has suddenly stopped letting the element manager access it
i plug into the OAM port
i can get to the webpage and login
i can login to the callpilot
but element manager says its an unknown...
and before curlycord begins listing my problems, this is a sudden bcm problem
i have a customer who is halfway through a big reconstruction project
and the tradesmen are knocking commercial power and breaks down like its an olympic sport
now i have to get the bcm ready for a 2 week customer...
fair enough, got in front of myself this morning
bcm50, rls 6.0 all patched up
client actually wants the "calls are being recorded" announced in greeting
and then when an option in ccr tree sends call to the hunt group the calls are automatically recorded
i don't play with that feature much...

so they lost 3 days of invoicing
so they are trying to match caller ID to invoice orders
they figured CLID with CDR would help detail everything

I've been doing a bit of reading on pulling CDR records from a bcm50 latest release
found a couple of older threads here
(very old)
has it changed any
(ie gotten any simpler?)

i think the last time i did anything with cdr on key systems...
i'm about to re-deploy a bcm50 here and can't remember if its possible to clear the old customer data out of it? The previous customer where i had it installed didn't have much programming but i would still like to start fresh. Any help is appreciated,
