I need to create a query that has a date range with a certain time. Example, 03/01 2:30 03/02 2:30 03/03 2:30 03/04 2:30 The results the date range will display different dates but with a set time. Please let me know if this makes sense

For some reason the cell format wont change. I even tried format cell and choose a custom formating and nothing happens unless I delete the cell contents and enter the date again. I paste the dates into excel so I am not too sure if that has anything to do with it.
