Did you ever get this resolved? we are having a similar issue... We can not even log into check the TTY's getting radius error ovl428 on all attempts to login.
We got past the errors with generating and uploading the directory, now we are unable to search the directory through the phones.. The directory is present and we are able to scroll through it just not search??
any ideas?
Trying to uploade the directory and I get the following error:
CPDIR6113: No source customer(s) found for the selected target customer
What source customer/elements do I need to add? I only have 1 customer and it is there.
