    Internal Office Help Required Alert

Hey Gunnaro, I got the file to play correctly. It wasn't seeing the file as it was still on my desktop and not on the vm server. I thought the server would pull the file from my computer but obviously not. So the file plays perfectly now but when you hit accept on the invite it still does not...

    Internal Office Help Required Alert

Gunnaro, I followed your directions as best I could. I went though and changed the from user on each of the generic commands to me indtead of Doctor 1. I then changed the 3 set absent text to the correct word and $NAM. The WAV is in place, we are using a linux server for vmpro and the wav file...

Hey Gunnaro, Thanks again for the great info. I'm not as familiar with VMPro as I would like. What short code can I use to dial the VM module? I've tried voice mail collect and that doesn't work.

Hey Guys, So I've been testing chronicall a bit and found that there alert function only works on externally dialed numbers. So an internal number will not set off the alert email, text, or desktop app. I did confirm this with chronicall tech support. By text i mean putting in the...

    Internal Office Help Required Alert

Thanks again Gunnaro for some more great info. I don't have a demo system but I'll check the licensing and see if I have the text to speech. If not it will probably be worth getting it. I did get chronicall setup and connected to the phone systems. I haven't setup the alerts yet but that first...

    Internal Office Help Required Alert

Thank you guys for the great info. I am definitely going to try Gunnaro's suggestion and see what happens. Its going to be a pain to setup recordings for each person but that's what they want. I think for added warning I will still use chonicall. I've contacted them and its $1600 for 1 to 100...

I have policing setup for all other traffic other than VoIP related. All other traffic is limited to 8Mb down and 256Kb up. I've tested this and it works. What would setting a vlan for phone system help with policing in place? We don't have any VoIP phones. They are all digital sets connected...

The problem is happening with all of our sites to some degree. I'm posting mainly about the site having the worst problems. From the syslog files te trunks are unreachable. The VPN connections are still up but for some reason the SCN trunks seem to be losing connection to each other. Primarily...

Iip office 500v2 SCN through cisco VPN

Hi Hairlessmonkey, We originally though the internet providers at each end was the issue as one was centurylink bonded DSL 20/2 and the other end had charter cable 30/5. We put in a DSL connection at the location with Charter and dropped ping times from avg 130ms to 150ms to around 70ms over...
