    Thanks Repp8. The only problem with that is that it does not give them the visual indication on their phone when they go into that mode. If you have the actual Aux RC1 Grp1 programmed on their phone it stays 'lit" when they activate it.

    CMS showing Other when Logged Out

    I have one CMS with 4 different ACDs feeding into it. All in different physical locations. One ACD has started showing the Agents in the "Other" state on the Real Time Agent Report when they are logged out. They should disappear from the report altogether.
