    So then are you saying the IP Office really wants a mono recording? Or does it convert it. So if you connect an I Pod to it and play Pandora radio (Stereo), does it step it down to mono? There is a customer who really wants the MOH to have the best quality possible.

    We have an VM Pro 8.0(1011)that was last upgraded in June 2012. I found out that it is not deleting the old messages from the folder Accounts. When you look in system status or visual voice, it will show no or very few messages in each users mailbox. But when you look in the accounts folder...
