Did some digging in the SPA and found a flora of Fax settings. Set reinvite and used t38, works inbound but somehow outbound only works with #99 as a prefix. Anyone know where to set this permanently?

As always, make a backup of all programming - worst case scenario you'll have to reinstall vmp and restore the backup but that shouldn't take too long if you encounter problems.
i've moved VMP installations between hosts a few times, all with VM Ware and haven't run into problems doing it, but...

Had a similar problem last week where a clients VMP showed similar issues, grabbed a backup and reinstalled, been fine since.
Make sure you run the same version of VMP as the IPO your'e connected to. And also edit the service to run as local system account instead of the one you specified in...

Has anyone been able to configure the Cisco ATA (SPA-112) to work with IPO and a fax machine?
We got it running handling normal audio calls, but so far we haven't managed to send fax through it .
Any configuration tips would be most welcome!

Might be wrong but...
You have activated “Use the passphrase of the end user profile as the pre-shared key” in the firebox. so PSK should correspond with passphrase of the end user profile = MAC Address of phone.
You also have entered the mask on serveral places in the phone where you left...

since the apps folder were created in the steps before, the single command i wrote will automatically place any rpm files in the apps directory and ask before overwriting them! :) But still a good point!
