Can you test the following to make shure the cor is right.
log in with your ehdu number on an internal phone and then call the mobile number. If this says not allowed it mains the COR is wrong. you need to go to station service assignment and set the right COR to the ehdu.
i have seen this before , but that had nothing to do with the ccs trace command. but you can try it....
you have entered an command that needs an next command. as in busy .... when trunk is occupied you have to say force,courtesy down or quit.

is there any call reroute always to voicemail. i never seen it happen automatically but maybe there is a call reroute always which is activated by putting the system in night1/night2 when the reception goes to the toilet.
