I am trying to control nortel pbx phones through the tr/87 front end. When i send my request to the system all i get is response code 400 with response message "Bad Request".

thanks for your input. But actually my switch serial number got changed due to the upgrade (from M1 to CS1000E).
Due this the ld 48 is showing "APPL disabled"
Please suggest me, if there is any way to regenerate the keycode for SCCS based on the new Switch Serial number.

When I try to access the VM from the phone it is saying "for protection your account is locked and contact the administrator".

I set a forward on one desk phone(desk B) to mobile. I called the same from another desk phone(desk A). When I checked the mobile when it is ringing, it is showing desk B's DDI instead of calling user's ddi(desk A).
The clid entries for both the desk phones are,
