I have a 2420 phone when pluged in displays "No applictation firmware" "Phone Features not Avaiable, Definity Denied Download"
I havent seen this before is this a bad phone. It is correctly programmed and was copied from another 2420 phone.

We recently got a quote to turn on our MS Permissions for $9,000.00 but since we are in the process of choosing a maintenance service provider, should we ask that MSP be included in our maintenance agreement? or is that only standard when choosing Avaya as your provider?
Yes our MSP's are turned off and that is that is a big issue for us right now, we want the abilty to busy out stations, trunks, ports etc.
Are there any advantages with going with Avaya as our MSP?

We have recently purchased an Avaya S8700 Switch and are about to meet with several Avaya BP's to choose a Maintenance Service Provider.
Are all the MSP agreements pretty standard? Is there any questions, coverage or extras I should make sure are included in the maintenance?

Below Vector Step #4 routes to extension 1411 which is bridged on several phones.
Question: If the call is not answered after X- amount of rings, is there a way to redirect that call to a different number? I placed a coverage path on 1411 and set it to 4 rings, but the call does not...

I am trying to swap out circuit packs but when I try removing one it says "must remove translation on board before changing circuit packs"?

I removed the personal co trunk and created the following trunk group, I also created an x-ported station and bridged it to a test phone.
But still no luck, I will check my cross connects but believe those are good.

We have a ARD ring down circuit that was just installed by our CO between 2 of our offices.
Objective: To place a button of this ARD circuit on my company's traders deskphone so they can call remote trader/s at the other office.
The same ARD circuit works fine for straight analog phone...

We currently have 1 attendant console that is set up as a hunt group. It's cover path is set to t6. So when a caller calls our main number 1100 it goes to coverage path 6 (Attendant).
