    Element Manager just takes you to Callpilot to manage mail boxes. Is there another area in Elements where you would change the display name? I'm not sure where the old name is getting pulled from? Thanks for your help

    She uses both, but they both end up taking you to the same screens.

    When a new employee takes a desk, we simply edit the extension for their phone lines and change the name. But the call display internally still shows the old name when they talk to other people in the office. Its as if the Dababase is not refreshing, or is it a phone issue. Not sure what to do...
