    You might have to trim the string field. Try Strip in the System-defined Functions

    This could be why it is grayed out... Send To Allows you to mail a report if a mail system is enabled for your computer. If your e-mail software supports MAPI, you can send reports via MAPI to anyone who's currently configured for a MAPI mailbox. You can mail the report as a text attachment...
