We just did an upgrade to version 4.2 and our vm pro has had some issues. When someone calls someones voicemail and hits 0 it should re-direct to the receptionist. Instead it routes back to the same person being called. Where is this set at? It used to work prior to the upgrade. Any ideas...
Ever since our last upgrade of VM Pro you have to wait for the prompts to finish before selecting your next number. For example a user cannot just hit 3,1,1 too quick or it will not go to the prompt. Is this a setting somewhere??

Here is what i got from the provider
We are receiving an invalid NUMBERING PLAN ID
in the CALLED PARTY NUMBER information element.
She is talking about the CALLING PARTY NUMBER (715-646-2191) which is
not causing the problem.
I have a pc on the network that is makin my fw go haywire because it is constantly requesting DNS for 0.0.4.0. It looks like it is NTP on that PC but not sure why this PC is requesting that address. It should be getting its time from the domain controller. Any ideas.
Well rolled back to version 4.1.15 and that still didnt work. After some debate, I just rolled back to 3.2.54 and now works again. Talked to our re-seller again and still says it is a license issue. I agree a total re-write might be needed.
