In you're experience were you able to identify each call terminating into voicemail by individual extension number or just the total amount in general that went to voicemail. Our goal is to identify individuals who are not answering their phones and justletting calls go to VM.

I'm recieving complaints that some users voicemail are being cut off in the middle of the message. I adjust message length time but that did not resolve the issue.

Two IP406's SCN with advanced networking licenses running 4.0.10 and VM PRO 4.0.18. We are seeing some calls getting dropped on pick up and on the transfer into groups. Anyone run into this? Doesn't happen all the time but happens enough to be a big problem. Thanks
