I REBOOTED MY PHONE AND THE DIRCTORY STARTED WORKING, WENT AROUND AND REBOOTED ALL
THE OTHER PHONES AND WE'RE GOLDEN! I THOUGHT I HAD TRIED THAT AFTER REBOOTING THE
SS BUT MUST NOT HAVE. THE PHONES I DIDN'T ADD A KEM TO, ALWAYS WORKED, GO FIGURE!
STILL DON'T SEE THE OPTION OF TURNING LOGGING...
I DID AND THE ONLY OPTIONS ARE

THESE PHONES QUIT LOGGING WHEN I ADDED KEM IF THAT'S A HINT?
I cannot find that option on any of these sets. I hit the services button and have
telephone options; password Admin and Virtual office Login and don't have the logging option everyone is talking about.

I have rebooted the ss and some phones still dont log phones.
I did an inventory of sets on the ss, I don't know if you can tell by this
if they are registered or not?? Help, please.

I'm adding a kem to a i1140e have programmed buttons on set in ld 20 but nothing is showing up on kem other than i00v142 v115 at the top of the kem
I have kem 1 and kem3 programmed in software on the set.
