Replacing batteries in a MCC
The system is on a UPS,the only parts in the front bottom are the 3 small batteries that are stacked,and the main power switch for powering the system.I do see in an older post that if the system is on a UPS that these batteries are not needed.Is this...- whitfism

losfep,Thanks for the reply.Sounds like you have done this before.I went to replace the batteries and there was no battery charger.The slot at the bottom of the cabinet were the maint doc shows a battery charger was empty.With that being said,i have a power minor alarm.Test#5 fails with an error...- whitfism

Replacing batteries in a MCC
I have read the document for replacing the 3 battery packs in the bottom of the MCC.It looks like you need to shut off the battery charger first then replace the batteries.My question is do you need to power down the system or can i do this while the system is up and being used?Thanks- whitfism
