Hello,I moved a Nortel 0/32 with a call pilot 100, after the move the call pilot does not answer in night service or at all.
Can someone give me an idea how to fix? Thank You
I think you are right maybe you should bow out, reading these questions thoroughly is half the battle. I mentioned the original NAM was a 4.1 twice.
Maybe you might want to come down from your high horse and stop berating people as to their knowledge.

If you read my second post I stated the original NAM was 4.1.
If I could have gotten hold of a 4.1 I would have, I needed it fast.
For the most part I do know what I am doing and I did ask about this and was advised incorrectly.
That's why I tried here, but you still did not answer my question...
The NAM I replaced was a 4.1, maybe the problem is I restored to a 4.0?
Maybe if I get a 4.1 and restore the data to it, it will work?
Should't the 4.1 already have redirect DN in it?

I replaced a NAM on 0x32 and installed the data from backup disks to the replacement NAM and all data seems to be there.
Now when you call in and the attendant transfers the call to an extension the phone rings 4 times and then the main greeting plays if the call is not answered and does
not go...

The carrier, AT&T told the customer that they could not do that because the lines were analog POTS lines?

Reprogrammed all target lines as needed and line assignments to reception.
Changed their main number to target line 121 and got rid of old programming, made 121 private to reception and changed back to public.
Assigned target line 121 to reception for ring only.
Main line is now answered by...

I thought the target line for their main number needed to be assigned to ring only at the reception phone for answering?
Went back out to this site and did a NAM reboot.
Right mow the system is answered by the GD mailbox as a message center, I checked on inbound ringing lines and the display says line 003 through 013 randomly.
I assigned lines 001 through 023 on the voice mail to answer yes. table one, rings 5...
Target line 121 is not the main number and is set to ring only, there is no line display on incoming call.
I will check on other things when I go back.
