I have a user that when he dials an internal number, the user who picks up hears MOH. Ringing externally is fine.

textron68, it won't let me use the 9 range as 4 digit ext, as I have to switch from a 9 for ars first, and i cannot do that.

is there anyway you can have a range of extensions in the 9000-9999 range, whilst having a 9 for the fac for ars. Same applies for 0 for attendent with 0000-0999 range.
I don't really want to go to 5-digit ext.
