I am working on a IP Office 500, the customer wants to make it so that all calls are private, how do I turn privacy on for the system? For example, if I am on a call on line 2, anyone can go into line 2 and listen to my call - we need to restrict this.

I have a 2616 set, off an Option 11C with Meridian Mail, where the voicemail light comes on everyday at 11:45AM, and there are no voicemail messages. What could be causing this?
