We are getting this error on the phone (cisco 7941)
Transfer Destination is Busy
When we get this error, phone stops ringing and it only beeps/flashes for incoming calls.

What i mean by cluster is that i have users using EM on my system and i enabled it just a month ago.
So wondering if this will conflict with mobility and that is the reason i am getting an error while using mobility.
I did assign a CSS to that rerouting CSS.
But still getting that error.
Also, i have enbaled EM on my cluster. Will it be a problem for mobility to work...

I need to make some test calls so I can know what is the number for my existing POTS lines going in FXO cards. Is there a way i can generate outbound test calls from my FXO card using my gateway, so i can see the caller id and identify each line going in my router....

I talked to TAC and they informed me the same thing that it is not possible in Unity Connection but their is a workwround which is what we already discussed. but again he said it is not supported...and the files you shared are for express and not for Unity connection....!!!!!!
So far I did...
I have a number of Call Handlers defined in Unity, during a transfer action from that Call Handler, the user hears a system announcement "..wait whilst I transfer you call.." - can I replace this recording with one of our own (to make the announcements sound more consistent) ?
