Avaya client gets certificate from AADS

Thanks Kyle and Jimbo for your replies :) To be honest I'm not fully aware or understand security and TLS handshaking! When I try SMGR certificate (I install SMGR pem cert file on client device) or public certificate (don't install any cert on client), but there is no MTLS as SBC TLS server...

Avaya autoconfig - use ASBCE B1's FQDN

I believe it's taking the IP address from user's SM profile that overrides the SIP Controller list configured on AADS, as I'm using one FQDN in AADS config file that resolves to Public SBCE B1 externally and Private SBCE B1 internally.. I'm not routing to SM100 internally.. So this should...

Avaya autoconfig - use ASBCE B1's FQDN

Hello, I'm trying to use autoconfig to use email address from internal and external networks, I configured dynamic configuration file on AADS with SIP_Controller_list adding SBCE_B1.domain.com where it would be resolved to public SBCE B1 address (external) and to private SBCE address B1...

SDM is not listed in SMGR Services menu after upgrading from 8.1.0 to 8.1.3

Is there any way to install SDM client back on SMGR services menu? I searched and found avaya solution article mentioning this issue is related to data corruption after patching SMGR and Avaya should access to manually redeploy SMGR menu through CLI. Unfortunately I don't have a professional...
