Hi guys,
just an heads-up, it was super easy, just need to set the recording to "mandatory" and not simply "on" in the incoming call route.
This will generate 2 calls recording, 1 with the full call-recording with the ivr, the other with the recording only of the agent call.
Hi Critchey,
Sorry but that was on and they asked me before to remove it.
After that i was not hearing the advice when the call was connected.. However is not what they asked for.
they need to fully record the call.
As per IPGURU said, i turned on already the recording on the incoming call...
Hi IPGuru,
that sounds like a crazy request to me too, perfectly doable with Asterisk but they want to usually do stuff by yesterday.
But also i checked the incoming call route and it has "recording" enabled already.
Also, this is just part of the silly request.. they also want something like...
Hi All,
this is my call scenario.
Call Coming in from ISDN to the Avaya IP office since is in a region where SIP is not allowed, the call land on a voiceMailPro that is co-hosted on a Ip Contact Store Server that has the ACR software on IT.
The VoiceMailPro is a 9.0 same as the IPO 500, and...
Here is the scenario i use in working (PSTN) i'm working to get CallPilot working over ITSP (not working at the moment).
-DN Fax is a phantom that forward to the CDN defined in the callpilot as a Multimedia Messaging.
-Then define the user as a Executive User with CallPilot Desktp
Is working for me using an interconnection NRS CS1K 7.5 + AACC 6.1 SP5.
But i have an issue in one production field. After about 12 min of calls the speechpath is one-way and the agents need to put the call on hold and reconnect the call.
No problem indicated in the SS log.
Any Idea?
Thanks
follow this step:
-split the system by ld 135.
-boot from an installation cf of the same sytem type.
-select t for tools menu.
-in the list select select side.
Can you post please the acd queue of the call pilot? thanks in advance..
You can check if calp is set to pos and change to ter and check if work in that way.
ryan it's quite simple switch the standby db to the active db.. in nrs utilities in db utilities that's a voice "Cut Over and commit" run this and should be fine..
you had something wrong... in the mgc db printout i cannot see the tlan ip address.. so when you register the mgc the configuration is not transferred properly.. did you do the transfer to the cpu after doing the proper configuration in the node? it seems that the answer is no..
wich type of voip link are you creating? H323 or SIP? have you enabled every option on the SS relating to the Voip Trunk?.
and also can you post the DCH configuration?
No specific Patch on the switch should be installed.
The only thing that you can do is launch a day before the upgrade the Upgrade Wizard for the release 5 that control the database and check and correct error and you can do the backup with call pilot running so you can do the down time minimal...
I've done the upgrade one week before.
Can you specify the upgrade ? If your actual release is 2.0.1.27 SU4 this should be done via a specific procedure that has to take maybe 4 hours of down time.
I don't have on my system voice prompts or something similar and i take about 3.5 hours to upgrade...
I to everybody..
I'm connetting a CS1000M MG (rls.5.5) with a captaris RightFax.
I configure the DN of the faxes as dsc to route the call via a BRIE TRUNK route i created as euro/Net.
I tried and it seems working for a day then it stop working.
When I reload the MISP and SILC card and once the...
It seems like a problem i had before.
If the system is new please check the ribbon cable in the backplane. i had on a new system the same problem and is a flat cable problem.
