    Removing the tone when a call is transfered to voice mail?

    When a user is on a call and a caller is put into their voice mail, there is a tone that the user hears notifying them a call is in their voice mail...is there a way to remove this tone? I've looked through all the settings in the call pilot and the BCM and couldn't find anything.

    New system - using exchange VM integration. The problem I'm having is both the altigen voice mail greeting and the exchange vm greeting play on a users mailbox. Is there a way to disable the altigen greeting from playing so the caller doesn't here both greetings?

    I have a BCM50 and MICS networked using a point to point T1. Is it possibel to page both systems at the same time with a singel page button or feature? I can page both systems but not at the same time.
