I have an IP Office 500V2 on 9.1.100.10.
I have a mixture of IP and digital handsets.
Handset A's user is looking in the directory and Handset B dials handset A internally, when handset A answers the call it starts dialling whoever they were stopped on in the directory.

Has anyone experienced this issue recently?
I have installed Application Server on Linux and have VMPro 9.1.0.0.166. created 3 modules and they have disappeared. I can still dial into the Conference modules etc.
I have the exact same issue and its driving me craaazy!!!

Thanks for your help. the fallback group was pointing to a group called "sales9P9warrenty9P9"
don't ask me why it was programmed like that!!!
changed it to 250 sales9P9 and it works perfectly.

I have a customer who has an IP Office v2 (6.0.18) with embedded voicemail.
calls come in on ISDN2 and ring an auto attendant with 4 options.. maximum inactivity timeout is 8 seconds and if no option is selected the call transfers to emergency services?!?!?
on SSA the call looks...

I have a system which is on 3.1(56)
Problem is, the client wants to have the facility to put the main huntgroup out of service and have a "lunch" group as the out of service fallback.
the out of service fallback is to be on night service and play the "sorry we are closed for lunch"...
