Idle, the test sets can't measure amperagewhile off hook, only voltage. I have 3 lines at 50ma idle, and 1 at 30ma. The one at 30ma keeps blowing its line on the line card. I'm more concerned about the difference in amps between the lines rather than the actual measurement. In other words...
