    DLC16 error

    IP Office 8.0, How do I send a caller that has reached the AA directly to a voicemail rather than ringing their phone? Think I have lost my mind today.

    I assumed there would be an essential license. Because when I upgraded to 8 it did not see it. I thought after making the call it magically appears hahaha. Then I would be able to upgrade back to 8. I have no idea really, does it show?

    per Panasonic; The help files for console version 7.2 have not been released. The Help files will not work for the TDE/NCP, these systems have the new ver5 and help files are not available yet. We are anticipating a release sometime in March. Ken Shulman Panasonic BTS Technical Support

    I upgraded a TDE to V5, I can connect and program with no issues. I noticed that the V5 help files are missing. I do not see anything on the pana website. Are they hidden somewhere? If I open a lower version the help files are available only seems to be with V5.

    Had a 1232 go crazy today, ended up having to default it and reprogram, not a big deal. But somehow all messages left in the voicemail are gone. I did nothing to the voicemail system, where did the messages go? Is there anyways to get them back?

    Irishdeval From a system phone press INTERCOM 771 and see if it works. Then busy out Ext. 10 and repeat. If not you programmed something incorrectly. This has nothing to do with selector codes.

    Customer currently has a 824. They wish to have call queuing. Question would be, does the BCM offer any sort of call queuing? Any suggesting if not?
