    Had tried that once before forgetting to select CDR privacy on all extensions that were deleted from e-cas. Once a call was made on them again CDR was automatically placing them back to a licence. I think this time the issue was isolated and we corrected it this time. Thanks

    Where can I get the 96xx settings file from. Everything I have read tells me it is included with each phone. Unfortunately it is not pre-loaded on the phone sets and I have not received any cd's with the phones. If anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated.
