Boy I think I used to work there, I had a disagreement w/ management though so now I've started my own business selling computer monitors. ;) Seriously, you need to talk to administration about implementing policies that will allow you to take neseccary action once you discover the culprit(s).
I can get my Televantage server to play voice mail messages when I connect to the citrix server using Nfuse over port 80, but not when coonecting straight through using a client over port 1494. Does anyone have any idea why this could be?

It seems that this issue has alot of people stummped I have found this in an old Tek-Tips thread. thread868-612179, Thanks for all the help, but I think the only solution for this may be time.
Also (I should have mentioned earlier...sorry) this is only an issue with citrix users. The local users do not experience this. I did have them try to adjust their display settings, no luck but they have been using the same pc right along. Thanks again.

Your best bet is to remain PROACTIVE.
Remember to run Updates on a routine basis. It amazes me how often I speak to someone with Virus and spyware issues, and when I ask if they have been running updates, they give that curious puppy dog look.
