I saw that last night but thanks for the input. I think I figured it out over my lunch hour. Turns out my domain controller was setup in the wrong time zone but had the correct time. So after changing that it seems to have fixed my issue. Thanks for all of the help!

Just in case anyone else encounters this, the problem ended up being with his Microsoft Intellipoint Mouse with the latest 6.2 drivers. Everything worked fine until he installed that. Uninstalled it and it works fine again. Weird but true!
