I have two users that work remotely, and both use IP Communicator. Our issue is that when they call each other on IPC, it is one way audio. All other calls work fine, only occurs IPC to IPC. They both use Cisco VPN software and statefull firewall is not enabled. Before they admit me, any ideas?
I am rebuilding the whole DB for a V3000, with lots of users. Belief is the db is corrupt, so new slate. I would like to export all the user info with MAC. I thought there was a hidden url somehwere, but drawing a blank. Can someone toss me the hidden link?

Any way to remove bulk account codes? Client has 5k of account codes and they corrupted. Need to remove bulk, otherwise it would be one by one....YUCK?
