    Is there a way to get a report on how many callers hit 0 to go to the operator?     It turns out that the shoretel switch running the ip phones was offline, I pointed it to a new switch and everything works. Thanks for the reply

    My Ip phones will no longer connect to the shoretel server. under the Site in Shoreware Director it says IP Phone(s) Out of Service under each phone it says Out of Service (Operational) I can ping all the phones so i know they are on the network. thoughts?
