I have a New BCM 50 with 6.0 software I setup a hunt group with overflow to ext 221 This is set to option 1 in the ccr tree when you press option 1 the call rings on the hunt group then on the ext but do not go the the ext VM it goes back to the ccr menu recording this would be a nice feature...
I would set her VMail to 6 ring and let the line ring on her phone all the time and his to 4 ring this is if her Ext # is a lower # than his if his is a lower # you can just make his line ring on her phone and make shore that the ring transfer is set the same
No you do not But do you have to have PRI code for the MICS!!!!!! IF you do not have them the MICS will not work I don't think that you can even set the card to a PRI you mite be able to set the 450 to a T1 and only use 23 IF you have PRI code for the MICS check the trucks routing to make shore...
log in set and terminals ext # capability Set DND busy to no this will let the phone ring also check FWR on busy to make shore that the phone is not set to send call to VMail on busy and check the # of ring before call do go to VMail you may wont to extend the # of rings FWR no answer
If this phone was working then you have a bad cable if the audio is bad the sap will not do you any good you are losing data to a bad cable pr I have phone without sap at over 4000 ft the phone will get noise at about 5000 ft but it will still pass date I have 2 system that have 5600 ft of cable...
remove the leaded from the KSU and conx. your toner to the speaker leaded this will tell you if your speaker is working and let you set the volume on the speaker. The valcom 1030c work well with the system and unless you need the ringing you will not need the viking
I have run into this and if you go back to the route and add and out dial # to it then assign the destination code to the route loge out of the system then go back and remove the out dial #.
