The only way I can think that the phones will lose connection because of down T-1 is a Mini-Carrier remote connect via PSTN TIE lines. But that is TDM so depends on what type of phones.
Ok I see what you mean. How about the other way around though? Can't it be set up in DNS to point directly to http://10.10.175.10/ccmuser? Or is the issue that only IP Address gets entered in a DNS set up?

Thanks everyone, but the issue was found to be on the Cisco Call Manager. There is apparently a known issue with the Cisco Gateways and the version of CCM we are running when utilizing H.323 trunks. Below is the solution Cisco gave. It wound up not being a Nortel problem at all.

I have a lobby phone that when picking up the handset should auto or hotdial 1 specific number. Is there a way to configure this on a 7961? I assume I have to maybe create a new Calling Search Space, but I'm not sure where to input the desired number.

What I mean by not recommended is what John said about ACD phones. Also, don't use the copy command like 20 times in a row. It can cause corruptions. A few at a time is okay though.
