They are using the #XXXX short code. Basically, transfer, #XXXX, and transfer again. I just want to stop them from being able to do it for one user. Thanks Joe!- alceryes

IP Office 500 V2 (manager v10.0.0) using embedded voicemail I need to completely disable voicemail for a particular user. Easy, right? Go to voicemail tab for user and un-check 'Voicemail On'. The problem is that admins with bridged appearances for this user can STILL send directly to voicemail...- alceryes
